Warranty Policy

AppScooter comes with a 24 month warranty period, without mileage restrictions.

In the following situations, Etergo reserves the right to cancel a part, or all, of the warranty coverage:

• Defects, malfunctions, anomalies, damages or similar conditions caused by natural disasters, accidents, turmoil, wars, riots or other force majeure.

• Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage.

• Usage not in accordance with the operation instruction booklet.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Consumables such as oils, belts, braking pads and tires.

• Any unauthorized repair or modification to the appliance.

• The failure of any part or accessory due to:

  • Abuse, misuse, accidental damage, or acts of nature.
  • Improper installation or maintenance.
  • A low fluid level or the use of a fluid other than specified by Etergo.
  • The installation of any part that is not equal to the original in quality of materials

• Use of the vehicle in competition or racing events.

• Any installed part or accessory that fails because it was not designed to fit that year and model of Etergo.

• Any failure caused by modifying the vehicle, or installing accessories not authorized by Etergo.

• Any item concerning your vehicle’s general appearance that is not due to a defect in material or workmanship. Cosmetic flaws or minor damage to the body, paint, or other items may occur during manufacture or shipping of your vehicle. If you find any uncorrected flaws or damage on your new vehicle, notify the dealer as soon as possible after delivery.
