Referral Policy

Under the Etergo Referral Program we encourage our customers to share their unique referral link with their friends. If your friend decides to purchase an AppScooter, both you and your friend will receive a €100 discount on your AppScooter. If enough of your friends purchase an AppScooter with your referral link, you’ll get yours (almost) for free!

This is how the Referral program works:

1. Send link

Every customer that pre-orders an AppScooter (“Customer”) will receive a unique referral link with a discount code. The Customer can send the link to as many friends as he likes (each a “Referred Friend”).

2. Enter discount code

If a Referred Friend enters the discount code when pre-ordering his AppScooter, both the Customer and the Referred Friend will receive €100 discount when they both complete their purchase (each a “Qualifying Referral”). If a Referred Friend receives discount codes from multiple Customers, the Referred Friend can only use one discount code. Only the corresponding Customer of the discount code used by the Referred Friend will receive a discount.

3. Multiple referrals

The unique referral link can be sent to multiple friends. The Customer will receive €100 discount for each Qualifying Referral with a maximum discount equal to the purchase price of one AppScooter including accessories and options but excluding additional inevitable costs such as delivery and license plate registration fees.

4. Redeeming discount

The total amount of discount will be subtracted from the total purchase price due at delivery. Discounts may not be transferred or exchanged for any cash or money.

5. Good faith

We may withhold discounts where we believe Customers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this referral program. Discount codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with people of which can be reasonably expected to appreciate receiving those. Commercializing, advertising, mass distributing, selling or paying for use of discount codes is not appropriate, and we will not honor such codes.

6. Subject to change

We reserve the right to make changes to the referral program at any time. Your continued participation in the referral program after any such modification and notification thereof shall constitute your consent to such modification.
